si tienes alguna beta de CS4 instalado, eliminarlo antes de la instalación.

El keygen tiene instrucciones sobre la instalación, pero básicamente lo que se necesita es bloquear activate.adobe.com en su archivo de hosts o firewall. ¡Que se diviertan!
